Dog Party 10th Anniversary (1996).
Los Angeles-based Graphitti Designs
is owned by savvy publishing magnate Bob Chapman,
whose cartoon T-shirts, limited edition books, statues and action
figures have graced fine popular culture shops and collections
across the western world. "Chappie," as he is known
to his jet-set friends, has hosted a legendary private party
every Sunday night to cap the equally legendary San Diego
Comics Convention. For his 10th party, pal Denis Kitchen
created a souvenir button and it soon became a tradition (see
also #'s 231, 259, 262, 266 and 276).
