We answer all email. However, sometimes our replies get returned to us. If you do not get a reply, the most common causes are invalid email addresses, typos, and employer firewalls. Please feel free to try again and maybe include a phone number where you can be reached.





~ How to Order


ONLINE:

Use our secure shopping cart to place an order. Simply click on the items you're interested in, choose a quantity and checkout when you're ready. You can create an account with us and we'll remember you when you come back.  Or, you can checkout as a guest and no personal information will be stored in our system. Your personal and credit card information is submitted to us securely as our site utilizes SSL technology with 1024-bit data encryption. Once you click "submit order," you will be sent an automated confirmation email with your order details.  Once we review and process your order, you will be sent a second email detailing your shipment. Once we have processed and shipped your order, we remove and delete ALL credit card numbers from our system. Your account information stored in our system includes your name and address but NOT your credit card numbers.

~ Order Processing Time

 
PROCESSING TIME:     Usual turn around for most domestic orders is 24-48 hours during business days.  We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.  International orders, take much longer, since we must calculate a shipping fee.
 
 
~ Payment Information


We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Bank Wires, Checks*, and Money Orders.

If you have a PayPal account, you can use other credit cards and / or your checking account as well.

All Visa / MasterCard orders are NOT CHARGED in real time.  We process credit cards offline manually to correct errors and adjust for international shipping fees.

All PayPal orders ARE CHARGED in real time when you leave our site and log into PayPal. Your account funds are deducted instantly.

We can work out payment arrangements for higher dollar items. Email us for more information.

Bank wires are our preferred method for large dollar sales internationally.

* Returned check fee is $ 25.00.
 
~ Sales Tax


All orders shipped to or within the state of Massachusetts will be subject to state tax of 6.25 %.

Everything else in the domestic United States (including AK and HI) will be free of tax.

International customers are responsible for any import taxes their merchandise is subject to.
 
 
~ U.S. Domestic Shipping


We are located in Amherst, Massachusetts, 01004 (Eastern USA).

Our site calculates shipping on flat fee / size and destination scale.

Our system has been configured to charge you :

   Priority Mail OR Express Mail for art, prints, and posters - all items insured with tracking - from the US Post Office.
  

* We can using your own UPS and Fed-Ex numbers if you provie an account number.
 
 

~ International Shipping


We ship worldwide.  But our site cannot calculate international shipping fees.  We must do that manually.

Currently, our software does not calculate INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES during checkout. The shipping fees you see on your order are for US RESIDENTS ONLY.

We are VERY happy to ship internationally, but will have to quote shipping fees directly through email, since each country has different shipping regulations.

If you'd like a shipping quote BEFORE you place an order, send us an email or fax with the items you'd like to purchase and include your shipping address. We'll send you a quote for AIR MAIL options. YOU decide if you want to accept the fee or not.

OR, submit your order "as is" and select the Visa or MasterCard option and you will be contacted within 24 hours with shipping options and their respective fees. You will then have the opportunity to choose which option you want or to cancel your order completely.

Your credit card is NOT charged until we have received the order and you have "agreed" to your NEW INTERNATIONAL shipping fee .  We process all Visa and MasterCard orders offline manually. Our site does not charge cards in real time.

If you choose the PayPal option, you will be carried over to the PayPal site and the order will be processed in "real time" with the US fee order total deducted from your account immediately.  We can email you with the additional international shipping fee as an "add on" after the order is placed.

You will be sent an updated CORRECT TOTALED INVOICE for your records once you have selected how you want your merchandise to be shipped.
 
 
~ Insurance Fees & Shipping Damage or Loss


All orders shipped will have a tracking number and full insurance.  If an item arrives damaged, contact us for further details.


~ Return Policy


We don't have one.

Since we sell original artwork and collectibles that are not easily replaced widgets, we do not accept returns, as a practice.  All sales are final.  However, if we have misrepresented an item in some way, we can work with you to bring a positive resolution for all parties.  Returning a collectible in mint condition is harder than you think and we'd rather not do it (going through the shipping process twice).  If the item arrives damaged, we have insurance to replace the value (see insurance fees).  "I don't like it" or "I've changed my mind" is not an acceptable reason to us.  Read the text descriptions very carefully with regard to size, condition, provenance, etc. and email any questions you have before you buy.
Again, all sales are final.
 
 ~ Credit Card Security and Privacy


OUR COMMITMENT TO YOUR PRIVACY

We are committed to protecting the information that you submit on this site.  We will never share, rent or sell your information to a third party (unless required by valid legal action to do so).  The information you provide us is used ONLY in-house to process and ship your order.  That's it.  We don't like spam and neither do you. Your information is safe with us.

CREDIT CARD INFORMATION

Our servers protect your information, once received, with the use of advanced encryption and firewall technology. We take reasonable and industry-standard precautions to ensure that your personal information, including credit card data, is safe within our system. All credit card numbers are encrypted in communications when your order is placed using encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our server computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Moreover, all credit card information is removed from the servers once the order is processed.  WE DO NOT STORE CREDIT CARD NUMBERS ONLINE OR ON OUR SERVERS indefinitely with your account information.

Even with the very best protection policies and safeguard procedures in place, there is always the remote possibility of fraud. If you believe unauthorized use of your credit information has occurred, follow the reporting procedures defined by your credit card's issuing bank and contact us immediately. Most credit card companies cover all charges that result form unauthorized use of your credit card or may limit your liability to $50.

COOKIES

Cookies are used on our website. The cookies are used only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item and to track your use of our site. This enables us to check-out your orders and to track user viewing in order to better serve you and provide more helpful and beneficial services and product offerings. We do not extract any individual-specific information from your computer.

CONTROL OF YOUR PASSWORD

Once you create an account with us, you must make note of your password. No one will ever see it but you. It's the one piece of information submitted to our system that even WE cannot see. If you forget your password, you can login and request our system to email it to you. We, however, will never be able to view your password or correct it.
 
~ Account Information / Order or Password Lookup


When you create an account with us, your name, address, email, and phone numbers are saved for your return.  Your credit card and / or any financial information is NOT stored once it has been used to process the order, as a security measure. Futhermore, any information you give us is used ONLY in-house to process your order.  It is never rented, sold, or shared with a third party.  Your information is safe with us.

If however, you do not wish to create an account, you can check out as a guest.  You will be emailed a receipt of your order.  As a guest, you can still retrieve any orders submitted by your name, email, and order number.
